We acted as main contractor, converting a three storey office building in Knightsbridge, London, into four luxury one bedroom flats and two new-builds.

The new-build element of the project required us to construct two flats with courtyards in a space that formerly housed an old air conditioning system.

The working environment was restrictive, located directly above a retail / food outlet. This required us to use lightweight construction materials across the build, which included the installation of a curved, zinc roof.

For the new builds and flat conversions alike, we delivered all the joinery, plumbing and interior decoration, including bathroom and kitchens.

Six month end-to-end project delivered to time and budget.
